The vehicle will be waiting for you at the specified location at the reserved time, we do not call before coming.

If for any reason you cannot find our vehicle and driver please call us immediatly on +027-(0)217131020. Do not leave without contacting us or you will be billed as a no show.

If you are going to be early, late or if you are delayed, you must call us on our 24 hour no: +27-(0)21-7131020 to ensure we are there to meet you. Failure to inform us will result in cancellation for no show. No refunds will be entertained. We will however be aware if aeroplanes are delayed as we check on our side on the arrival time of your aeroplane.
